How To Apply In Order To Attend?

- ✱Meet all of the minimum requirements for attendance listed above(do not apply if you do not meet these requirements)
- ✱Don’t Meet requirements? That’s ok! Submit your name and email via the link below and get notified of our next event experiences, we are always brainstorming new ideas and our next event may be right for you!
- ✱Confirm that the event dates work for you and you can participate fully
- ✱Review the total investment requirement for the event including all estimated additional expenses such as your flights and resort room charges. Attendees are asked to stay at the same resort that the event is hosted at and rooms currently average $600 a night (subject to change)
- ✱Fill out the application in its entirety, incomplete applications will be rejected.
- ✱After submitting your completed application, please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days for review and processing. Applications are reviewed on a first come first served basis, earlier applicants have greatest chances of acceptance.
Experience Required to Attend READ BEFORE APPLYING
- ✱Minimum Real Estate Investment Experience:
- ✱Must meet at least one of the following criteria, additional proof may be required:
- ✱Min 10 SFR deals completed
- ✓Fix/Flip, Single Family Rentals, BRRRR’s, Wholesales. (Personal home, Real Estate Agent transactions, and transactions completed for “other” investors, are not accepted
- ✓You signed the deeds or are a majority owner of the business that signed the deeds.
- ✓At least 30 + Doors. Can be a mix of multifamily units, SFR, mobile homes, student housing, etc. Must be the one signing the deeds, or a majority owner of the business that signed the deeds.
- ✱Development or ownership of Storage Facilities and/or large commercial buildings. Must have proof of completed projects or ownership. Additional clarification may be required.
- ✱Full time in real estate, and/or an accredited investor
- ✱Have a sense of humor
- ✱Extreme desire to succeed and be around other go-getters
- ✱Looking for key tools, resources, concepts, and connections to help scale and grow their real estate business
What happens IF you are Accepted?
- ✱If your application is accepted you will be notified via email by our team
- ✱You will receive an invoice and pay link for the full amount of event admission only (see event investment costs here)
- ✱You will have up to 48 hours to pay for your attendance before we release your spot to the next accepted applicant
- ✱Once your spot is secured you will be able to reserve your resort hotel room via our portal and book any other trip details needed
- ✱Our team will stay in contact with you and help make sure you are prepared for the event in advance and keep in touch with details as we approach the day of the masterclass.
